These terms govern your use of mysite-name's barber shop services across England. Please read them carefully before booking any appointments to ensure a clear understanding of our shop operations, client responsibilities, and service procedures.

1. Service Agreement

By booking services with mysite-name-whether through our website, telephone, or in-person-you agree to these terms. Our barber services operate in compliance with relevant UK health and safety regulations and trading standards.

We provide professional men's grooming services including haircuts, traditional shaves, and beard trimming through our qualified barbers across England.


2. Service Scope and Limitations

Our services include haircutting, styling, traditional shaving, and facial grooming. We focus on providing quality grooming results using professional techniques and appropriate products for different hair types and styles.

While we provide expert grooming services, the final results can be influenced by your hair type, texture, and growth patterns. We provide honest assessments of what can be achieved with your specific hair characteristics.


3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful service experiences, clients agree to:

  • Arrive punctually for scheduled appointments
  • Provide clear communication about desired styles and preferences
  • Disclose any scalp conditions, sensitivities, or allergies
  • Respect other clients, barbers, and the shop environment
  • Follow reasonable instructions during service procedures

Clear communication and cooperation help us provide the best possible service results.


4. Appointment Booking and Management

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Appointment confirmations will be sent via your chosen communication method.

Walk-in clients are welcome based on barber availability, but priority is given to clients with pre-booked appointments.


5. Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge with at least 4 hours' notice. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in a fee or requirement for pre-payment for future bookings.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.


6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept various payment methods including cash, major credit/debit cards, and contactless payments. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice displayed in the shop and on our website.

For services exceeding £50, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.


7. Service Satisfaction

We strive to ensure client satisfaction with our services. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the shop. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns immediately.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and typically involve service correction rather than monetary refunds.


8. Health and Safety

We maintain high standards of hygiene and tool sterilization. All cutting implements are properly cleaned and disinfected between clients. However, we cannot guarantee complete elimination of infection risk.

Clients with contagious scalp conditions, open wounds, or skin infections may be declined service for health and safety reasons.


9. Children's Services

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We provide child-friendly services but require parental supervision for children under 12 during their appointment.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their children follow reasonable behaviour expectations during services.


10. Personal Belongings

We provide storage for coats and small items, but cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. Please keep valuable items with you during your appointment.

Items left at the shop will be kept for 30 days before being disposed of or donated to charity.


11. Product Sales and Returns

Grooming products sold in our shop may be returned within 14 days with original packaging and receipt, provided they are unopened and in resalable condition. Used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Product recommendations are provided based on our professional opinion, but individual results may vary.


12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, under the influence of substances, or making unreasonable demands that compromise our professional standards or safety.

Service may also be refused for health and safety reasons, including contagious conditions or situations that could endanger staff or other clients.


13. Liability Limitations

Our liability for services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions to products when clients have not disclosed known allergies, or for dissatisfaction with style results when clients have approved the service before leaving.

We maintain appropriate public liability insurance for our business operations.


14. Complaints Procedure

We aim for complete client satisfaction with our services. If you have concerns about any aspect of our service, please notify us promptly. We will address legitimate concerns through our established resolution process.

Complaints should be directed to the shop manager for proper documentation and timely resolution.


15. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, UK regulations, or industry practices. The current terms are always available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
